SMX is seeking a Senior Director, DoW Solutions to drive architecture, strategy and delivery for DoD-related programs. You will lead solution design, influence development teams and mentor staff while advancing innovation priorities and client engagements.
The role requires a Top Secret clearance and a minimum of 10 years in government or corporate solutions, with strong communication and leadership skills to guide complex implementations.
Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
- 10+ years in corporate/government solutions.
- Experience as Solution Architect with full life-cycle implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and SAFe.
- Strong architecture and design capabilities.
- Experience with modern IT practices, DevSecOps and cloud ops.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on customer engagements and issue resolution.
- Lead design of next-generation solutions and guide delivery teams.
- Mentor teammates and support internal/external delivery.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for software applications.
- Collect and analyze software requirements, user stories and timelines.
- Communicate project status, risks and changes to clients.
