Job summary

Ernst & Young Oman is looking for a Senior Director to join the EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution team in New York. This role is pivotal in leading operational projects that enhance value creation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategy and operations management consulting, with a passion for driving improvements in client engagement.

The selected candidate will be expected to manage complex project teams, develop trusted advisor relationships with senior clients, and efficiently lead project teams to deliver impactful results. A comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $250,000 to $290,000, is offered.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related work experience, or 7 years with a graduate degree.
• Experience in operational due diligence and performance improvement.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects that span the lifecycle of a transaction.
• Focus on operational due diligence for EBITDA upside.
• Ensure successful integration planning for newly spun out businesses.
