Job summary

Alexion Pharma Spain S.L. is seeking a Senior Clinical Study Administrator in Boston, MA to coordinate study activities from start-up through close-out. You will support local study teams, manage eTMF, and help ensure timely, quality trial deliverables across phases.

The role requires a life science degree, 3+ years in development, and strong organizational and communication skills. Remote collaboration is common; on-site work in Boston is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science field or related discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of the drug development lifecycle via education or experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Development preferred.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to local study team to ensure timely, quality deliverables across trial lifecycle.
• Maintain end-to-end eTMF setup and regulatory document tracking.
• Support start-up activities including CDA delivery, site activation, and contract negotiation.
• Coordinate with PMCO, CRAs, SSU, and vendors on trial logistics and distribution of materials.
• Serve as a central communications contact for project-related documentation.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project tracking tools (CTMS, Smartsheets).
• Support local language translations and regulatory submissions as required.
• Assist with team meetings, onboarding, and cross-country COM activities.
