You will oversee the US operating model for end-to-end study delivery, from feasibility to close-out, shaping strategy, risk management, and performance across sites and partners.

Collaborate across R&D, Medical, Commercial and other functions, driving enrollment, diversity, and innovative solutions including AI analytics, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline.
• 10+ years of Clinical Operations with trials experience.
• Proven experience leading large Clinical Operations teams.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and mentor leaders.
• Strong knowledge of US regulatory requirements and ICH/GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the US Country Operations model.
• Lead a Country Operations team of 65+ employees.
• Direct end-to-end study delivery from indication planning to close-out.
• Drive US enrollment and clinical trial diversity targets.
• Embed AI and advanced analytics across feasibility modeling, site selection, and enrollment forecasting.
