Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in program management, engineering, manufacturing, or finance.
• Must be able to hold a Secret security clearance.
• Experience leading aerospace programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams (IPT) to meet contract goals.
• Manage risk, EVMS, and customer interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and SOW requirements.
