Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Director of Transition, Readiness & Change Management in Tampa, FL to oversee workforce transition planning, onboarding, credentialing, and readiness activities for a large government program. Onsite role with US citizenship and security clearance requirements.

The ideal candidate has led large-scale transitions, partnered with stakeholders, and driven change management in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience leading large-scale workforce transitions for government contracts.
• Ability to collaborate with senior government officials and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in onboarding, credentialing, licensing and compliance.
• Experience with highly regulated environments and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and performance of assigned contracts including P&L and compliance.
• Lead customer relationship management and resolution of issues.
• Provide leadership to multiple managers ensuring goals are met.
• Drive continuous process improvement to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversee budgeting and staffing for contract programs.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure product and service applications meet requirements.
• Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction and profit/loss on contracts.
