Job summary

Thomson Reuters, a leader in professional information, seeks a Senior Director of Product Management for CoCounsel’s transactional use cases. You will own the roadmap, translate deal lawyers’ needs into a prioritized plan, and lead 2–3 product managers to turn strategy into shipped solutions.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM teams, ensure customer empathy informs decisions, and drive impact across the deal lifecycle from diligence through closing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a deal lawyer at an AmLaw 100 firm with hands-on transactional experience (M&A, finance, real estate, etc.).
• Comfort working with generative AI and modern product tooling.
• Ability to engage credibly with Engineering teams about feasibility; coding experience not required.
• Strong creative instincts and customer empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own the transactional use case roadmap for CoCounsel, translating insights from deal lawyers and leaders into a deliverable plan.
• Lead and grow a small team of product managers (2–3).
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM to ship features from concept to launch.
• Represent the customer perspective in roadmap and prioritization decisions.
