Job summary

Thomson Reuters, makers of CoCounsel, seeks a Senior Director, Product Management for In-House Use Cases. You will own discovery and definition for in-house legal customers, translate needs into a prioritized roadmap, and lead a team of product managers to ship impactful features.

You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM for end-to-end delivery. You will work directly with in-house legal teams to define the product's value, prioritizing frictions and risk areas, and ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in-house counsel/operations or product management.
• Comfort with generative AI and modern product tooling.
• Able to engage credibly with Engineering on feasibility; coding not required.
• Strong creative instincts and genuine customer empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own the in-house use case roadmap for CoCounsel and translate insights into a deliverable product plan.
• Understand where in-house teams lose time and translate insights into meaningful use cases.
• Lead and grow a team of 2–3 product managers; set priorities and review work.
• Shape use cases beyond obvious automation to solve real problems for in-house teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM to move use cases from concept to launch.
• Represent the customer perspective in roadmap prioritization.
