Job summary

Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a senior product and trade finance leader to support GTB marketing officers in origination, deal negotiation and execution, and ongoing account management focused on structured trade and export finance.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals and pitches, leading client management, and collaborating with Middle Office, Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure smooth deal progress. Strong knowledge of UCP/ISP/URDG and US commercial banking is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years product development, business development or related experience.
• ,
• Ability to work independently and build professional relationships.
• Excellent sales, presentation, negotiation, and program/project management skills.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• High ethical standards and personal integrity to build credibility.
• Ability to translate customer needs into marketable product features.
• Strategic planning to drive future business growth for a product.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and tech in Trade Finance.
• Preferred experience with Leverage Finance and agency guarantees (USDA, EXIM).
