Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or retirement administration.
• Leadership experience in a large, self-insured organization.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategy, design, and administration of compensation, benefits, and retirement programs.
• Partner with HR leadership to advance the organization's human capital strategy.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including job architecture, cloud-based HRIS, and benefits portals.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, DOL, IRS and related regulations.
• Manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and communication skills.
