Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Director of Product for Threat Intelligence & Detection to lead the strategy and roadmap for threat intel, threat hunting, and detection engineering. You will align cross-functional teams, guide execution, and drive innovation across MDR/EDR platforms while partnering with executive leadership.

You will influence prioritization, mentor teams, and represent the portfolio with transparency and integrity in a fast-growing security company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with threat intelligence, hunting, detection, incident response or security research.
• 10+ years of product management, including 3+ years at director level handling enterprise security products.
• Executive presence to discuss cybersecurity strategy with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Background in MSS/MDR/SOC or security operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present at stakeholder meetings to communicate vision and strategy.
• Lead cross-functional backlog reviews for threat intel and detections.
• Define strategic vision for threat intel and threat hunting and incuba te new capabilities.
• Align threat intel and AI initiatives with long-term business goals.
