Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Coaching's Technology Innovation strategy and portfolio, defining priorities and use cases.
• Advance the learning agenda with evidence-based guidance on tech-enabled coaching.
• Define quality standards and benchmarks for career navigation tools.
• Understand data infrastructure and AI roles to support coaching at scale.
• Translate research and pilots into scalable frameworks for states and institutions.
• Collaborate across Strada departments and with external partners on opportunities.
