An established industry player is seeking a Senior Director of Performance & Talent Planning to lead the development of a global strategy that enhances performance and talent management across the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management within the Global Talent & Learning (GTL) CoE, the Senior Director of Performance & Talent Planning will be accountable for developing and driving a multi-year, global enterprise-wide performance and talent planning strategy that is aligned with our People and enterprise objectives. This leader will be tasked with transforming our performance and talent planning strategy and offerings with the aim of strengthening a high-performance culture and building leadership bench across the organization. Specifically, this leader will be responsible for connecting philosophy and practices across performance and talent planning (performance vs. potential), offering end-to-end insight on key talent across the organization, as well as digitizing our performance and talent planning processes into a seamless experience for leaders and associates across the enterprise. This individual will collaborate closely with the rest of the GTL CoE, Chief People Officers and their teams, Product and Technology, as well as the business to align strategies.
This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.
