Luminis Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Giving to lead enterprise-wide frontline fundraising across both Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center and LHDCMC Foundations.

The role guides a high-performing team with a metrics-driven moves management approach and ensures consistency in donor experiences. The position collaborates with the CDO and executives to align system priorities, develops donor strategies, and manages major gift portfolios spanning six to eight figures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum ten years of progressive fundraising experience with leadership success.
• Minimum three years leading a high-functioning fundraising staff.

Responsabilités

• Directly manages the Giving Team across two foundations.
• Leads moves management with metrics-based portfolio strategy.
• Develops standard practices, policies, and systems for frontline fundraising.
• Monitors performance metrics and uses data to inform strategy.
• Oversees donor research and relationship tracking across the system.
• Collaborates with CDO and executives to align funding priorities.
