Georgetown University seeks a Managing Director of Development for the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center (LCCC) to drive philanthropy and lead a team of fundraisers. You will manage major gifts, annual giving, special events, and donor stewardship while aligning with GUMC’s strategic goals.

You will personally manage a portfolio and aim to raise $5M+ annually, conducting ~75 donor meetings yearly. Collaboration with MedStar and central Advancement is essential for success in this hybrid role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12+ years of fundraising experience with healthcare philanthropy.
• Proven leadership with staff supervision and team management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting major gift and campaign goals.
• Experience in an academic medical environment and cancer funding ideal.
• Knowledge of fundraising databases and Salesforce.
