Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of related field experience.
• Thorough knowledge of company, federal, and state policies and procedures.
• Prior supervisory/management experience.
• Familiarity with budget preparation.
• Knowledge of electric maintenance delivery practices.
• Able to solve complex problems; leverage technology to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safety of workforce and development of training programs.
• Oversee regulatory strategy across four areas and improve processes.
• Develop and implement annual business plans including budgets; monitor progress.
• Lead staff development, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
• Represent the company on committees; liaise with customers and agencies.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and restoration efforts.
• Ensure timely payroll, scheduling, and work-management reporting.
