Job summary

Oill Vintners & Distillers in Parlier, CA seeks a Senior Director of Supply Chain – Systems & Sustainability to lead end-to-end supply chain, ERP modernization, and sustainability initiatives. This leader partners with IT and Finance to drive strategic transformation across procurement, planning, and operations.

The role requires a proven track record in ERP leadership, AI-enabled forecasting, and ESG programs, with a strong ability to build and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, operations, or procurement leadership.
• 5+ years in senior leadership with P&L or budget accountability.
• ERP leadership experience with at least one full-cycle implementation.
• Hands-on AI, ML, or automation experience in supply chain.
• Experience with sustainability/ESG frameworks (B Corp, SEDEX/SMETA, HRDD) and related audits.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain incl. procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
• Direct the SOP process with sales tracking, production planning, and forecasting.
• Lead ERP governance, data integrity, and system adoption post-implementation.
• Drive AI/automation initiatives across forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization.
• Build and lead a high-performing, scalable team.
