Duke University is seeking a Senior IT Analyst in Procurement Systems (SAP S/4HANA & SRM) to lead and optimize SAP-based procurement and supply chain operations across Duke University and Duke Health.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five years of experience in business operations or financial management, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
Experience configuring and implementing SAP Procurement and Supply Chain components, or comparable ERP systems.
Broad understanding of materials management, purchasing, and inventory management processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate with technical, operational, and functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA MM and SAP SRM business processes, including configuration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, and configuration for procurement-related enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation supporting business processes and SAP solutions.
Lead procurement and supply chain technology initiatives from concept through implementation.
Manage project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, testing activities, and solution deployment efforts.
Facilitate meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support organizational change efforts.
Serve as the SAP Procurement and Supply Chain configuration expert supporting critical business operations.
Provide guidance on procurement processes, purchasing workflows, inventory management, and related business functions.
Support SAP MM Invoice Verification processes and related integrations.
Drive Data & Reporting Solutions for Procurement, collaborating on requirements analysis, data modeling, reporting, security, and integration activities.
