Lilly in Houston seeks a Senior Director, Supply Chain to lead site-wide operations, planning, procurement, customer service, logistics, SAP master data, and internal warehousing as the site scales toward GMP manufacturing.

During the startup phases (2029-2030) you will build organizational capability, implement systems and processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and align warehousing with long-term goals through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting manufacturing operations, preferably in a supply chain capacity.
• Experience with planning processes (demand management, forecasting, BOMs, etc.).
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead materials and production planning to ensure product availability and timely shipments.
• Oversee site-wide planning processes and align supply chain needs with strategic plans.
• Develop and maintain planning tools (dashboards, trackers) for cross-functional decisions.
• Govern master data (materials, BOMs, recipes) and liaise with Global Supply Chain.
• Define KPIs and collaborate with procurement on supply chain issues.
