Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in nursing or physician assistant with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in young adult/adult primary care and student-centered care.
• Strong management and leadership experience.
• Experience in college student health settings or partnerships with college health missions.
• Experience with diverse student populations and public health.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHS clinic team to support primary care, health promotion and student well-being.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning and cost containment.
• Develop and implement programs aligning with MUSC's strategic plan.
• Collaborate with university committees and external health partners.
• Oversee quality assurance, clinical protocols, and EMR documentation.
• Provide leadership in recruitment, training and performance evaluations.
