Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC Health) seeks a Director of Postgraduate Well-being to lead strategic, data-informed initiatives across interns, residents, fellows, and other postgraduate learners. You will partner with education leaders, faculty, and staff to identify and address learning-environment factors impacting wellbeing, engagement, and professional fulfillment.

You will support the Enterprise Chief Well-being Officer and Center leadership, advancing MUSC's enterprise

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in psychology, behavioral health, education, organizational science, health professions education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads postgraduate well-being strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Provides consultation to postgraduate education leaders to improve well-being and learning environments.
• Identifies barriers to well-being and coordinates actions with institutional leadership.
• Develops and evaluates education and interventions to strengthen well-being and professional fulfillment.
• Represents the Center for Workplace Well-being on committees and initiatives related to postgraduate well-being.
