Job summary

Leading the Bloom Family Leadership Initiative and developing department-wide student-athlete development programs, you will partner with campus and external groups to advance career readiness and post-graduate planning, reporting performance trends to senior administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years in intercollegiate athletics or higher education administration.
• Knowledge of NCAA, Patriot League and Hockey East rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic planning support, eligibility, tutoring, study hall, and progress monitoring for 24 programs.
• Provide strategic leadership for student-athlete development and career readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with campus partners and external organizations to enhance development opportunities.
• Prepare internal and external reports and serve as liaison to university departments.
