Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field; 5+ years of related experience including accounting, A/R, and business management, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Master's degree in Business Management or Accounting and/or prior Higher Education Bursar/Student Loans experience is highly desired.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by university carrier required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for student financial services and oversee revenue collection, financial aid integration, and cash flow.
• Lead development and modernization of financial systems and platforms to improve user experience.
• Serve on key university committees and provide financial insights for new programs and tuition decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Title IV regulations while balancing fiscal responsibility and student success.
• Oversee internal controls, risk assessments, and policies for student financial services.
