Responsibilities

• Advise students, parents, faculty, staff, and others on federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs and related documentation (FAFSA/GSFAPP).
• Assist with financial aid process and student needs of moderate complexity via phone, in person, and email.
• Collaborate with university departments to support financial aid and enrollment experiences.
• Coordinate and participate in outreach projects, seminars, orientations, and workshops on and off site.
• Collect, scan, and enter financial aid documents into the SIS and archive network.
• Assist the Director for Student Services with additional projects as assigned.
