Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Oak Park Heights, MN, seeks a Senior Director, Strategy Enablement to translate enterprise strategy into coordinated execution across transformative programs. The hybrid role leads integration of strategy, technology, processes, data, and change adoption to ensure measurable outcomes.

You will drive governance, sponsor alignment, and a scalable operating model with senior leaders, while leading prioritization, risk management, and leadership development across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, project and program management, transformation, and large complex programs with leadership exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to influence across the organization, with solid change management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of priority programs across strategy, technology, process, data, operations, and change.
• Establish and lead the program management operating model, governance, planning standards, and risk management.
• Drive enterprise change and readiness, including sponsor alignment, training, and deployment readiness.
• Align executives and cross-functional teams on priorities, resources, and tradeoffs with clear communications.
• Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources to initiatives with the greatest enterprise value.
• Co-lead engagement with consultants and implementation partners; translate needs between business and delivery.
• Develop program leaders and establish scalable practices and tools for current and future waves.
