Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic sourcing, contracting, or related healthcare contracting.
• Experience leading sourcing strategy and contract planning in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• AI fluency and ethical AI adoption experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sourcing Executives and drive custom member contracting strategy.
• Develop sourcing strategies, contract plans, and customized portfolios.
• Guide supplier negotiations and resolve contract language issues.
• Collaborate with Legal, Analytics, Sales, Information and Data Services, and Operations to ensure compliant execution.
• Lead onboarding and training for custom contracting programs.
• Track member savings, value, and program performance.
• Identify new value sources and revenue opportunities.
• Develop tools and processes to create consistency and scalability.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and team productivity while ensuring responsible use.
