VulcanForms is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for high-value manufacturing categories. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, negotiate complex terms, and partner with engineering, operations, and leadership to optimize cost, quality, and delivery on a global scale.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or technical degree preferred) and 7+ years in sourcing or supply chain management, with proven success in global manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated success managing strategic suppliers in a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi-year sourcing and cost roadmaps aligned with company growth plans.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements, including pricing, capacity, and long-term supply terms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level supplier relationships.
• Mentor and support junior GSMs in project execution and negotiation strategy.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
