Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy to partner with executive leaders and drive growth and operational improvements. The role leads strategic initiatives, conducts market assessments, and collaborates across functions to implement solutions.

Preference given to candidates with MBA and experience in enterprise software/HCM markets; strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The position reports to the DVP of Strategy and Business Development and can be based in Roseland, NJ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years experience in a strategy consulting firm or internal Corporate Strategy role within a Fortune 500 company at team manager level.
• Experience developing and evaluating strategies: identifying and framing issues, developing hypotheses, conducting market research and analyses to test key hypotheses, developing execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and drive long-term strategies based on fact-based analyses, focusing on growth opportunities and operational initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth market assessments to identify opportunities and risks.
