Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Senior Director, People Partnerships to serve as a senior strategic partner to executives and business leaders, translating priorities into practical people and organizational strategies across workforce planning, organizational design, talent management and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategic HR leadership
• 8+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred
• Strong change management and analytics skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic People partner to executives and leaders, guiding workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Develop and standardize the People Business Partner model for consistency and impact across the organization.
• Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence to align HR programs and practices.
• Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and HIPAA requirements and drive HR operational excellence.
