Job summary

Inovalon, a leader in healthcare data solutions, seeks a Senior Director, People Partnerships to align HR strategy with business goals across executives and teams. You will drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management while elevating the PBP model to deliver strategic partnership.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration across People Centers of Excellence, and strong leadership to advance organizational effectiveness and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of professional experience within a strategic, senior human resources capacity, including 8+ years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of change management and process excellence principles.
• Analytically driven with data-driven analysis and performance metrics.
• Broad business and financial understanding applied to human capital.
• Ability to think strategically and influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic People partner to assigned executives and business leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, performance, and employee matters.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into practical people strategies that support organizational goals.
• Partner closely with the People Business Partner team to drive consistency in how HR programs, processes, and practices are delivered across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to elevate the PBP model from primarily transactional support to proactive, strategic business partnership.
• Establish clear expectations, standards, and best practices for effective People Business Partner support, including executive partnership, organizational design, talent planning, workforce insights, and change management.
