Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in market research, media analytics, or insights consulting.
• Deep expertise in media effectiveness research including brand lift and cross-platform measurement.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive narratives that influence decisions.
• Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders guiding measurement strategy and renewal of partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of growing accounts and multi‑year plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead high value client accounts with accountability for research delivery, profitability and growth.
• Advise senior stakeholders on media investment decisions and learning agendas.
• Oversee research design and delivery of complex media effectiveness programs (brand lift, cross‑platform, attribution).
• Translate client challenges into scalable research frameworks driving impact over campaigns.
• Synthesize multi‑source data into executive narratives with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with commercial teams to expand existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure operational excellence across teams, optimize resourcing and delivery models.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams and develop talent in research and client leadership.
• Represent Kantar to clients and contribute to industry presence.
