Job summary

Everlywell in the United States is hiring a Senior Director, Account Management & Partner Strategy to lead the account management team and build our partner strategy. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own retention, renewal, and expansion across enterprise clients and develop partnerships with digital health and other ecosystem partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of account management, client partnership, partnerships, or commercial leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
• 5+ years of people leadership, building high-performing client-facing teams.
• Experience working with health plans and knowledge of health plan quality programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, develop, and coach a team of Strategic Account Directors and Account Managers.
• Shape and own the account management strategy, goals, and operating cadence.
• Drive growth across the portfolio and forecast revenue and pipeline monthly.
• Develop and execute partner strategy with digital health and ecosystem partners.
