Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business operations, retail operations, strategy, transformation, or organizational effectiveness.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience leading managers, senior leaders, and high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Organizational Leadership, Retail Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation, operating model design, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Proven executive communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning, performance measurement, and governance leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a critical capability organization focused on turning enterprise priorities into measurable frontline outcomes.
• Build the systems, partnerships, governance, and operating rhythms that improve execution, adoption, and performance across NA Stores.
• Develop and deliver seasonal alignment sessions communicating strategy, product priorities, and performance across Territories.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive accountability for execution, productivity, and athlete experience outcomes.
• Lead and evolve an integrated operating model linking strategy, readiness, communications, change management, and field insights.
• Establish governance and routines to ensure initiatives are sequenced, owned, and measured by business impact.
