Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace strategy, digital commerce, omnichannel strategy, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
• Proven experience leading global strategies and enabling successful geography execution
• Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel ecosystems, consumer journeys, and digital retail business models
• Strong strategic communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale integrated marketplace strategies for partner ecosystems and global markets.
• Build frameworks, operating models, and tools for geography teams to execute consistently.
• Partner with Global and Geography Sales, Business Development, Finance, Nike Direct, and Technology teams to align priorities.
• Scale digital commerce capabilities including omnichannel fulfillment, consumer services, distributor models, and third‑party marketplace partnerships.
• Collaborate with Nike Digital Demand Creation and cross‑functional partners to adapt brand standards and content for partner platforms.
• Leverage marketplace data to identify opportunities, optimize results, and inform strategy.
