The Senior Director, Retail Operations & Experience at The J.Jill Group leads the Store Operations function to support growth and transformation. They partner with field leadership to translate priorities into scalable execution across the store fleet and drive customer and associate experiences.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on ownership, using financial and operational insights to simplify work, optimize staffing, and improve store performance.

Competenze

• 12+ years of progressive retail and/or Store Operations experience, including significant people leadership.
• Experience building or evolving retail operating models, processes, SOPs, and organizational structures.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actions for field teams.

• Develop and lead a comprehensive Retail Operations strategy aligned to growth and customer experience.
• Establish consistent standards across the store fleet with clear tools and processes.
• Lead the Store Operations team with defined ownership, priorities and accountability.
• Translate priorities into operating plans, roadmaps, and field execution strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify issues and align home office with field.
• Create reporting, scorecards, and analysis to drive improvements in performance.
• Oversee staffing models, payroll, and labor planning with HR and field leaders.
• Lead SOPs, documentation, and scalable processes aligned with the brand.
