Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Store Operations Process Improvement lead to drive major initiatives across stores. You will analyze problems, design changes, and manage cross-functional projects with the Operations Strategy Team, delivering measurable value to the stores’ bottom line.

You will build partnerships with field teams, provide guidance, and develop insights from data analyses. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, with PMI certification preferred, are desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in store operations or process management.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the fundamental components of problems and communicate the correct course of action to the team and the field.
• Develop and implement changes that improve store operations processes and manage core projects.
• Manage day-to-day processes within areas of responsibility and maintain project work plans.
• Handle issues and roadblocks and communicate effectively with field teams.
• Provide guidance and training on area-specific processes and collaborate on data-driven recommendations.
• Build strong partnerships with the field/stores and across the organization.
• Deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on analyses of industry and business data.
