Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Digital Product Manager- R&D to drive the Enterprise Digital Innovation Platform (EDIP) and related scientific software within the Materials Solutions R&D space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, computer science, information systems, product management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Experience translating business/user needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the EDIP and scientific software product roadmap in partnership with R&D leadership, IT, digital teams, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate end-to-end development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement activities across Materials Division R&D.
• Translate business requirements from scientists, engineers, digital stewards, and leadership into clear product capabilities and user stories.
• Define requirements with IT, prioritize features, and align business needs with technical execution.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across data, AI, modeling, applications, integration, and user experience.
• Manage testing, pilots, release readiness, and post-deployment improvement actions.
• Develop stakeholder governance and alignment routines to support disciplined delivery.
• Track risks, dependencies, adoption, and value realization metrics.
