Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.

• Collaborate with product managers to understand capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across full-stack development tools and technologies.
• Lead craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions.
• Stay current with tech trends and mentor other engineers.
