• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
• Mentor and guide engineers’ professional and technical development.
• Collaborate with product managers to define capabilities and testing.
• Improve software engineering practices across teams.
• Design, develop, test, and support full-stack solutions across diverse tools/tech.
• Ensure availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions.
• Stay updated on tech trends and mentor others in the org.
• Promote innovation, inclusion and cross-team collaboration.
• Drive deployment of applications into AWS environments.
• Break monoliths into microservices and build new microservices.
