Job summary

Fullsight is seeking an accomplished technology leader to drive software engineering strategy across SAE ITC, PRI and SAE teams. You will oversee code quality, release governance, platform performance, and risk mitigation while guiding a mix of engineers on microservices and AI initiatives.

You will partner with product, solution architects, UX and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, event-driven architectures and a strong frontend experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 7+ years of hands-on development in modern technologies.
• 7+ years leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience designing and operating Microservices architectures in production.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology strategy and oversight of software engineering processes.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional teams including insourced and outsourced talent.
• Set software engineering standards and governance; oversee release processes and platform performance.
• Collaborate with product management, solution architects, UX, and support to build event-driven microservices and frontend UX.
• Monitor budget and drive continuous improvement.
