Responsibilities

• Lead a corporate and field-based team to maintain license holders meeting regulatory requirements.
• Research regulatory changes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure Lowe’s systems meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure contracts comply with current legislation.
• Oversee provider applications and insurance renewals to prevent business interruptions.
• Engage with regulators and industry groups to position Lowe’s as a responsible contractor.
• Review certification, licenses, and EPA compliance for services.
