Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, distributed systems, data platforms, or related areas.
• Experience leading engineering organizations responsible for large-scale data and platforms.
• Deep understanding of modern data architecture and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for the semantic data platform.
• Build semantic business objects combining data, context, metrics, and governance.
• Lead development of semantic modeling, metadata, knowledge graphs, and data quality.
• Partner with business/product leaders to capture business meaning across systems.
• Enable AI and agentic apps to access trusted enterprise data.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers and leaders.
