Job summary

This senior role is responsible for a centralized software engineering organization and for setting security standards, delivery KPIs, and capacity planning across a multi-pod portfolio. Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology building and shipping software at enterprise scale with leadership experience.
• Experience leading centralized or shared-services engineering teams servicing multiple product owners.
• Familiarity with secure-by-design engineering and financial services regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the CAES architecture engineering services across pods, including threat modeling and automation platforms.
• Own delivery standards, capacity planning, KPI/SLOs, and production incident escalation for the CAES portfolio.
• Partner with Product Director to sequence work, manage capacity, and ensure delivery health and prioritization.
