Responsibilities

• Set a bold, multi-year vision for software supply chain platforms and translate it into an executable roadmap.
• Define and own company-wide strategy for secure builds, dependency governance, artifact management, and automation.
• Build a unified platform for internal and third-party libraries, version sets, and build artifacts.
• Establish developer golden paths to make secure delivery the default.
• Drive adoption of centralized build and dependency services and retire fragmented workflows.
• Own product metrics: adoption, build reliability, upgrade velocity, vulnerability remediation, developer productivity, and platform cost.
• Provide leadership across Build Systems, Dependency Platforms, and Artifact Security teams.
• Attract and mentor senior engineers and build leadership depth.
• Influence architecture for build orchestration, provenance, and policy enforcement.
