Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Combination of Big 4/national firm and corporate experience.
• Deep knowledge of SEC reporting frameworks and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and NetSuite preferred.
• Strong collaborative leadership across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead SEC reporting, including Form 10-K/10-Q filings.
• Serve as SME for technical accounting policies and complex U.S. GAAP matters.
• Lead the consolidation process across entities and business units (NetSuite).
• Manage external audit coordination for quarterly and annual audits.
• Direct and develop the SEC reporting team.
