The role shapes the company’s scientific narrative, oversees publications and congress communications, and ensures high-quality, compliant dissemination of clinical and scientific data while partnering with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Affairs.

Qualifikationen

• PhD/MD/PharmD or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in Scientific Communications, Publications, or Medical Affairs within biotech or pharmaceutical companies.
• Proven experience leading scientific publications and congress strategy for late-stage (Phase 3) programs.
• Strong scientific acumen and communication skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead global scientific communications and publications strategy aligned with development and launch timelines.
• Own the integrated publication plan (abstracts, manuscripts, congress presentations, data disclosures).
• Oversee scientific content development for major medical congresses (abstracts, posters, talks).
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant communication of clinical data per ICMJE, GPP, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Field Medical, and Commercial teams.
