CPS Inc. is seeking a Senior / Principal Scientist / Technical Lead to serve as a technical leader within the Research & Development organization, guiding complex product development from concept through commercialization and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in Food Science or related field.
• Experience leading complex product development from concept to commercialization.
• Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept through commercialization and drive cross-functional partnerships.
• Apply scientific principles to solve challenges, design experiments, and interpret data for technical recommendations.
• Mentor technologists and junior staff; support onboarding and skill development.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and cost savings.
• Demonstrate leadership readiness by guiding large initiatives and influencing decisions beyond projects.
