Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or similar behavioral health field required.
• New Jersey licensing as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required.
• Minimum five years of progressive behavioral-health program leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and clinical direction for School-Based Services and set annual priorities.
• Advise senior leadership on capacity, risk, staffing needs, and growth opportunities.
• Establish scalable workflows, leadership structures, and accountability across programs and sites.
• Identify risks, develop solutions, and involve executive, legal, compliance, finance, or HR as needed.
• Represent School-Based Services in agency leadership and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain partnerships with school districts and administrators to support service delivery.
