CarePlus New Jersey is seeking a Senior Director of School Based Services in Rochelle Park to provide comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services across community and school settings. You will lead clinical assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination while ensuring Medicaid and New Jersey regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, NJ licensure, and at least five years of senior program leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Social Work or other behavioral health disciplines from an accredited college or university.
• NJ License as required by program: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible behavioral-health program leadership with supervisory and administrative responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and clinical direction for School-Based Services and set annual priorities.
• Advise senior leadership on service capacity, risks, staffing, and district needs.
• Establish scalable workflows, leadership structures, and accountability systems across programs and sites.
• Identify emerging risks and escalate matters requiring executive or HR involvement.
• Represent School-Based Services in agency leadership and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain partnerships with school districts and key decisionmakers.
• Oversee contracts, renewals, and reporting to align scope and district priorities.
• Monitor utilization, staffing capacity, partner satisfaction, and contract compliance.
• Use data and performance reviews to guide service improvements and renewals.
