Senior Director, Sales & Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Director to drive growth in our medical business unit. This role focuses on building up growth strategy, expanding the sales pipeline, securing key partnerships, and leading a global team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global sales and business development team.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan, including market analysis and sales forecasting.
• Build and convert a strong sales pipeline into long-term partnerships.
• Identify market opportunities, assess competition, and drive market share growth.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and R&D teams.
• Conduct technical seminars, customer presentations, and industry events.
• Meet and exceed sales and gross margin targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
